The Brief
To carry out a total in-situ refresh for a floor of offices.
The Solution
Being an in-situ project, the business remained active within their office space whilst we carried out the works. This required a phased approach which resulted in 8 phases over 12 weeks.
The scope included the installation of a new feature baffled ceiling and central hub, new carpets, new meeting rooms and focus pods, as well as 270 desks and over 300 user moves.
By acting as principle designer, principle contractor and QS managing the budget as well as utilising an open book policy, we were able to deliver the most hassle-free service whilst maintaining clarity and transparency with the client. And importantly, the project was completed on budget and on schedule.
